Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a proactive and motivated HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. You will gain practical experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Human Resources and gain insight into internal HR processes and projects.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting the onboarding of new hires, including preparing new employee documentation.
- Maintaining and updating employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Helping to organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Assisting with payroll and benefits administration under supervision.
- Contributing to HR reporting, such as maintaining records of employee attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
- Providing support with training and development programs, scheduling sessions, and coordinating materials.
- Participating in HR projects related to company policies, employee experience, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
Who are You?
A passionate individual pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
What competencies will you need?
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn.
- Previous HR-related internship or coursework is a plus but not required.
- English is a must!
