SCHURTER is looking for a new leader of the EMEA controlling team with customer focus, responsible for overseeing and managing the financial performance of the region. This role is pivotal in driving financial planning, analysis, and control activities to support the strategic and operational goals of the region. The Head Region Controlling will lead the forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes, ensuring robust financial governance and performance management.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the budget and strategic planning process
• Lead Sales Forecasting for the region
• Monitoring of new business opportunities in the CRM system
• Manage financial control of order processing and revenue
• Drive initiatives to enhance productivity of the sales network
• Monitor pricing structure and develop strategies to improve pricing quality
• Conduct in-depth analyses of customer profitability
• Monitor strategic Sales initiatives implementation
• Conduct risk reviews and define risk strategies

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business administration or related fields
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial controlling, budgeting and strategic planning
• Proven experience in sales forecasting, analysis, and cost control
• Strong leadership with intercultural competences and ability to influences stakeholders on all levels
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices
• Knowledge of CRM systems and financial management software
• Fluent in English, other languages advantageous
