Your Role as Trainer Manager
As our Trainer Manager, based in the vibrant city of Madrid, Spain, you'll be a key driver of success. You'll oversee the performance and productivity of our global network of trainers, ensuring they deliver the high-quality lessons that were known for. Your leadership will foster a thriving, collaborative working environment for our trainers, helping them excel in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with a diverse network of international online trainers to ensure delivery of engaging, high-quality lessons across the board.
• Monitor trainer performance, ensuring alignment with our key internal metrics and driving consistent excellence.
• Lead initiatives to enhance trainer performance, from proposing improvements to following through on actionable solutions.
• Take charge of recruiting exceptional trainers who will elevate our teams expertise and impact.
• Manage the HR aspects of our trainer team, fostering a positive, productive work environment.
• Partner closely with internal teamsLearning Consultants, Sales, Customer Success, and Business Developmentto streamline processes and ensure seamless communication.
• Conduct quarterly reviews to evaluate and nurture trainer development and success.

What You Will Need

• A Bachelors or College degree, backed by a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, especially if based in Latin America.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams across different cultures.
• Flexibility and agility in adapting to evolving business needs and fast-changing environments.
• A knack for multitasking, keeping multiple projects and priorities in sync without missing a beat.
• Bonus points if you have experience in teaching or a background working in multicultural settings.
