Job Title: Global Category Manager - Integrated Media, Advocacy & Martech Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid) Job Description Indirect Procurement is part of Galderma Procurement managing the indirect spend as a total via matrixed organization (a Category cluster on the vertical axe and a Market Procurement set up on the horizontal axe, covering all Galderma Markets globally. We are on a Perform and Transform journey creating additional value for Galderma in general and Procurement more specifically. Your mission: Through category management, you deliver strategic stakeholder & supplier relationship management, build fit-for-purpose solutions enabling cost reduction and growth. You will be part are a highly engaged team always acting with integrity and a can-do attitude. Key Responsibilities Through category management, you deliver strategic stakeholder & supplier relationship management, build fit-for-purpose solutions enabling cost reduction and growth.   • Design, recommend & implement 1 to 3-years plan with clear KPIs
  • Facilitates category policies in cooperation with stakeholders
  • Develop a robust database of influencers and advocacy professionals
  • Spend Management & Demand: Price*Quantity expertise and gate keeping
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with influencers, agencies, and other stakeholders to secure favorable agreements.
  • Influencing / Leading Global, Regional, Local procurement network
  • Support business with internal audit for global suppliers
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to define advocacy and influencer needs.
  • Define requirements, lead the process of identifying, qualifying, ranking, selecting appropriate suppliers
  • Negotiations with key suppliers & contracting leveraging global volume
  • Jointly with stakeholders, lead business review process with strategic suppliers & review KPI (BRM)
  • Buying channel & S2P expertise & experience optimization

A) Global Paid DTC Media:

  • Run existing global Performance Remuneration Incentive Program (PRIP) operations across 35 markets, 3 Business Units with global media agency
    • Ownership & Management of Service KPI Tracking and Cost KPIs measurement and methodology
    • Ownership, governance and management of media audit scope, bonus-malus reconciliation, media audit results, recommendations and tracking
    • Co-lead SRM, by Region, on media performance in partnership with Agency global team and Global Marketing

B) Global Paid HCP Media: (USA only, Prescription Business Unit)

  • Own US HCP media agency contract & commercials, media savings methodology

C) Ecommerce/E-retailer (Global)

  • Own Global/Regional ecommerce supplier relationships, contract & commercials and deliver SRM and performance tracking

D) Own all media 3rd party suppliers: Brand Safety, Content SEO, Media Dashboards, Media Audit as it relates to Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business and/or Procurement
  • Marketing subject matter required
  • Paid Media knowledge a must
  • Understanding the synergy of Paid, Earned & Owned Media
  • Understanding of Martech
  • Strong know how procuring KOLs, influencers services, social media services, e-commerce is required
  • Strong know how in make or buy business cases articulation
  • Communication industry expertise
  • Extensive experience, in a Industrial or FMCG and/or Life Sciences (ie Pharmaceutical) companies where the Procurement function is mature, performing and seen as strategic
  • Proven track record in managing contracts and negotiations within advocacy or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in English (written and oral)/ A second language is an asset
  • Experience working with Executive leadership teams and senior management
  • Compelling and persuasive communicator (oral and written) with excellent interpersonal skills and a high acumen to identify/assess business and financial opportunities with ability to motivate teams to produce superior results
  • Ability to influence both suppliers and internal/external stakeholders, and to lead impacting, and recognized as such, sourcing projects.
