Descripción About our Finance Business Partner role:
Your mission will be to deliver strategic financial and analytical insights that drive commercial decisions and help achieve financial targets. You’ll build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, support business performance monitoring, ensure compliance with governance and accounting standards, and assist in capital allocation and investment proposals. This role is integral to supporting the Sage Iberia Leadership team.

Responsabilidades principalesPartnering closely with business leaders, we drive strategic decision-making and accelerate performance by engaging early in the process to influence effectively.
Utilizing financial insights, we support operational leaders in their decision-making processes to achieve the best commercial outcomes for the business, including R&O monitoring.
We take ownership of the P&L, including actuals, forecasts, and budgets, as well as the balance sheet impact for our area.
Additionally, we facilitate cross-functional communication by channelling essential information from commercial leaders back to FP&A and the FCs, and conveying finance fundamentals from FP&A and FCs to commercial teams.
Must haves:
Developing commercial curiosity involves getting into the business and building up commercial acumen, as well as understanding the organisation, their part in it, and the operational side of the business.
Effective communication and stakeholder management are crucial, which includes building relationships with a range of stakeholders who have different needs and require different approaches, and having the confidence and maturity to challenge and influence peers.
Agile decision-making is essential, requiring the ability to pivot focus as needed to support business leaders.
Additionally, coping with ambiguity and driving commercial clarity involves cutting through ambiguity to provide valuable finance insights to non-finance stakeholders.
