Service Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this function, you as a service technician are the basis of our service organization, because in the end, every product is only as good as the person who installed it for our customers. Whether it's installation, maintenance or troubleshooting, our specialists are always welcome. The working model for this role is hybrid. #LI-Hybrid You are mainly responsible for: • The installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of frequency converters • Carrying out fault diagnoses and rectifying faults in remote support or directly at the customer's site • Technical sales support and project planning work for major conversions • Administrative work, e.g. reports, logs, technical reports, etc. and on-call service • Care and maintenance of measuring instruments, electrical equipment and tools
Qualifications for the role
- Completed apprenticeship as an automation technician (EFZ), automation fitter (EFZ), electronics technician (EFZ), electrician (EFZ), assembly electrician (EFZ), or comparable training
- HF or FH degree an advantage
- Experience in the field of power electronics desirable
- Fluent German, knowledge of English an advantage
- Good MS Office user skills
- Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 80%) and on-call duty within Switzerland
- Good communication skills
- Independent, responsible and customer-oriented
