Position: Building systems engineer. you will be responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support to installers, and subcontractors to install, maintain, and often design the systems related to the building control systems. Responsible for creating control databases and setup control systems based on project specification and/or sales proposal. May be required to perform required to perform field startup and system commissioning tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working experience in Tridium Niagara Framework and understands BMS designs and Energy meters.
• Working knowledge of communication protocols i.e. Modbus Async, Modbus TCP/IP, M-Bus, BACnet to diagnose behavioral faults and correct/improve control logic.
• Review and understand as-built electrical documentation and MEP layouts to investigate and advice corrective adjustment to meet project requirements.
• Planning, organizing, and assessing the work of sub-contractors and supervising the installation of energy systems according to project specifications.
• Investigate and carry out non-intrusive checks on energy meters and making corrective adjustment where necessary with little to no supervision.
• Positively interact with team members and colleagues showing initiative, support, and a proactive approach to completing tasks.
• Actively participate throughout the project with internal teams’ to recognizes and resolve issues within assigned area or project.
• Preparing a variety of engineering deliverables such as project documents and studies with little to no supervision.
• Willing to travel 70% across EMEA for work.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as building services, electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience as Building Service commissioning or BMS application engineer.
At least 02 years of professional-level BMS systems commissioning and integration experience.
Experience with building services system and their terminology.
Proficient in Tridium Niagara Framework
Communication Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Certificates and/or Licenses

Niagara 4 Certification is a plus.

A valid UK/EU driver’s license is a plus.
