For one of our clients based in Madrid, we are looking for a Customer Care Advisor with native level of Italian, German and high-level of English.

¿Qué harás?

As a Member of the Multilingual Customer Care Advisor during your day-to-day:

• You will provide global industry-leading support to customers via multiple communication pathways (phone, email, etc.).
• You will analyze and assess product operation and make recommendations for remote management.
• You will educate, support and train customers through phone consultation and written correspondence.
• You will document and evaluate customer inquiries, comments and concerns.
• You will achieve and maintain proficiency for LATITUDE. Achieve and maintain working knowledge of clinical product operation.
• You will create relevant training document.

¿A quién buscamos?

You are the person we are looking for if:

• You have a native level of Italian;
• You have fluent level of German and English;
• You speak spanish (is a plus).
• You are well organized, with good problem-solving skills and you are proactive person.
• You have excellent listening and communication skills.
• Knowledge of mobile device is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer care or client-facing role is a plus.
