The mission has started. We proudly announce that we are starting the ramp up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia. In this, the tasks and requirements of Human Resources are varied. HR takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision. The sub-disciplines of Human Resources are e.g. planning, recruiting, onboarding & retention and the targeted deployment of employees in all areas.
How you will CELLebrate
- Desing and implement the compensation, benefits and organization strategies ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market competitiveness.
- Design, review and implement local compensation and benefits programs including base pay, variable pay (short and long term) and benefits to enhance the overall compensation package for blue and white collars employees and management.
- Review the salary patterns and structures for all employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market competitiveness.
- Conduct market benchmarking to determine competitiveness of compensation structure.
- Design and implement compensation processes (annual review, compensation for hiring, etc.) giving expert technical support to other HR departments and Business areas.
- Design, review and implement local organizational initiatives including organizational charts, job positions definition, job evaluation and workforce planning.
- Analyze and define the company's organizational structure (job position, organizational charts and workforce planning) to align with business needs and requirements.
- Design and implement Job grading methodology.
- Participate in the evaluation and grading of management profiles, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Design and implement organization processes (org.chart review, job description and evaluation, etc.) giving expert technical support to other HR departments and Business areas.
- Execute thorough analysis based in data offering clear conclusions and alternatives to facilitate decision making regarding Compensation, Benefits and Organization
- Collaborate with international Compensation & Benefits and Organizational teams in order to ensure effective programs and projects implementation.
What you need for our CELLebration
- Minimum of 7 years in compensation and organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Global Remmuneration Profesional certificate (GRP) or similar desired.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of German is highly desirable.
- Previous consultancy experience is considered a strong asset.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and data visualization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
