About the Role:
This position will support the SalesCloud and ComEx strategy implementation as part of the Commercial Excellence Team. The candidate will primarily be responsible for providing support to the SalesCloud Specialist but where capacity allows they will also be expected to support to the wider ComEx Team (ComEx Specialist and Commercial Excellence Lead) on specific projects as required. This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally in a high paced multidisciplinary environment across EMEA.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Support the onboarding of new users to the SalesCloud platform – ensuring they have the correct system and report access.
- Support the delivery of internal training and user communications in relation to the SalesCloud platform
- Support the ComEx team with the update and production of existing reports in line with the agreed schedule. Create new reports in line with agreed requirements.
- Update and maintain the department SharePoint site, linking in with broader department stakeholders as required (SalesOps, Commercial Capabilities)
- Support the conversion of existing training materials to our Learning Management System (creating short videos, translation etc)
- Provide analytical support to key department projects as required.
What Are We Looking For In You:
- Be a recent Bachelors or master’s graduate (2023/2024) with a Business or Marketing Degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional English).
- Analytical and commercial mindset with strong excel skills
- Data visualization knowledge like Tableau and PowerBI are a plus
- Capable of working autonomously and with good collaborative skills building relationships
- Creative problem solver and self-motivated attitude
- Be able to lead technical discussions with stakeholders and internal teams.
