Business Development & Partnerships Analyst – Commercial (Openbank)
We are the 100% digital bank of the Santander Group and we are currently undergoing a technological transformation and international expansion process. In 2017, we kicked off our relaunch plans and have been continuously expanding and growing ever since, especially when it comes to technology. We work in a start-up format, using agile methodologies to take our customers' experience to the next level. In 2019, we launched in the Netherlands, Germany and Portugal, recently followed by Argentina, with other countries currently in the pipeline.

We are a flexible and fast adapting team currently working remotely most of the time using all kinds of communication tools – we’ve barely noticed the change!
Mission and responsibilities:
As a Business Development & Partnerships Analyst, you will increase customer engagement.
The main tasks of this position will be the following:
Managing Customer Campaigns Plan: Establishing priorities looking for the best audience, timing, and channel.
Working with other teams within the Business, DS, and Sales and Marketing departments to define target audiences and monitor results.
Communicating the results to cross-functional team members using data visualisation tools.
Analyzing the results of different commercial actions and pushing ideas that have the capacity to optimize our business.
Converting data into Business KPIs and insights for commercial initiatives.
In conjunction with T&O, analysing data to verify the correct implementation of customer-related processes.
Identifying and defining new opportunities to improve processes and commercial actions.
Collecting and interpreting data from a range of sources in our AWS Data Lake in order to transform them into knowledge and business opportunities.
To be successful in the role you must have
+2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
University or master’s degree in Business administration (ADE), Mathematics, Statistics or similar field.
Solving problems and identifying business opportunities using data: analyzing the problem and breaking it down into various analytical components.
Experience working in Marketing, Business Development or CRM departments.
Experience with Adobe Campaign or a similar tool (Salesforce, etc.).
Statistical analysis: you are familiar with the basic statistical concepts. You know how to use and harness different indicators to summarize data.
Using data for reporting and automating report generation.
Desired: bonus points if you have knowledge of or an interest in the banking sector or financial products.
SQL basic skills (will be a plus)
High level of English.
