Are you interested in supporting business financing and providing financial services? Join Bolsa de Bilbao, a BME-SIX company, and work directly in the stock market sector. This role offers a dynamic environment with significant economic and social impact.

What You Will Do

• participate in administrative tasks related to the functions of the Board of Directors.
• interact with various market agents, issuing companies, brokers, fund managers, and analysts.
• send regulated information to the CNMV and the Basque Government.
• collaborate in organizing events, roadshows, company presentations, dissemination panels, and educational visits to the Stock Exchange for students. assist the primary market team in their functions: admissions, suspensions, exclusions, capital reductions, splits, etc.
  

What You Bring

• previous experience in similar positions as an executive assistant or department assistant
• proficiency in spoken and written English
• knowledge and handling of Microsoft Office tools
• willingness to acquire basic knowledge of the financial sector
• participate in the tasks of various teams
• responsible for editing the Official Stock Exchange Bulletin
