About this role :
We are currently looking for an Account Manager (m/f/x) to join our Account Management Team - Austria / Switzerland in our office in Berlin or Madrid. We operate the Cuponation, Kleine Zeitung and Blick couponing domains and manage the community of Preisjäger, a growing online shopping platform in Austria. The Account Management Team focuses on the commercial side of the business, negotiating higher commissions, exclusive voucher codes, and market leading deals with global players like H&M, Adidas, ASOS and TUI, as well as local SME brands.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and build relationships within a portfolio of top and medium sized brands
- Develop the Preisjäger community into a top-tier affiliate in the Austrian market
- Drive results amongst partners by consulting their needs of the couponing / deals channel
- Secure market leading codes and deals
- Sell exposure opportunities and promotional packages
- Work creatively with our partners to fulfill their immediate and wider business goals
- Prepare campaign reports and analysis for effective long-term growth
- Collaborate with other departments as well as with colleagues from other countries
- Participate in wider project work as and when required
- Build and present performances reviews
- Work strategically with the editorial teams to promote brand partners
- Represent the company at industry events
Your Profile
- 3 years relevant work experience, preferably in (affiliate) marketing / sales / account management / partnership management
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Dedication, self-motivation, and able to work both independently and in a team
- Analytical skills- you learn fast and feel comfortable with using varied business intelligence tools
- Good partner relationship management and negotiation skills
- Intercultural awareness and the ability to work in a dynamic matrix organization
- Excellent German language skills and fluency in written and spoken English
