Your Role

• Act as a key leader, supporting the Center Manager in the smooth daily operations of the center.
• Lead your own group of children as an experienced Group Leader, providing high-quality care and education.
• Take responsibility for management duties, including staff supervision, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and educational standards, creating a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Collaborate with parents, fostering strong partnerships and clear communication.

Your Profile

• Certified Early Childhood Educator or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland.
• Proven experience as a Group Leader in early childhood education.
• Leadership experience or exposure to management duties is essential.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and help guide your team.
• English as a mother tongue or native level. Fluency in German (B2 or higher an advantage)
