Role Purpose:
We are looking for a Product Designer to develop and manage technical projects related to advanced mechanical components and systems. The candidate will work closely with various teams, focusing on mechanical design, structural calculations, technical reporting, project documentation, field validation tests, and coordination with internal and external entities. We are seeking someone with strong teamwork skills, determination, and a desire for professional growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create technical drawings and 3D models using advanced CAD software.
  • Perform structural calculations and analyses to ensure the robustness and functionality of the designed components.
  • Draft detailed technical reports and project documentation.
  • Plan and conduct validation tests on prototypes, collecting and analyzing results.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, quality, suppliers, and clients) to ensure Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives are met.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement processes in design and development.


Required Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in mechanical design within industries such as automotive, aerospace, or industrial machinery.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, Creo, or SolidWorks) and structural analysis software (e.g., Ansys, Abaqus).
  • Knowledge of component validation and testing processes.
  • Ability to produce clear and detailed technical documentation.
  • Strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, and time management capabilities.
  • Determination, drive, and orientation towards personal and professional growth.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French is a plus.
