As a member of the Accelleron IT/IS Workplace team, you will assist the Global IT/IS Trainer in planning, preparing, delivering, and evaluating training programs. Initially, your focus will be on local initiatives in Switzerland, with a gradual expansion to global projects. In your role as a trusted associate trainer and hands-on specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Global IT/IS Trainer and report to the IT/IS Customer Experience Service Owner. Your responsibilities will include gathering training requirements, analyzing skill trends and future IT developments, and supporting the creation of role-based training paths. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing training materials, including videos, community posts, and documentation, as well as managing the IT Training SharePoint page. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the IT/IS Trainer on reviewing the training content, learning styles and intercultural and multinational training portfolio
- Analyze future trends in IT training regarding technology, didactical methods and topics, match it with Accelleron employees’ base and work on IT training offerings
- Update the IT Training documentation and SharePoint-site with the latest recordings, news and value-adding knowledge bites
- Translate training documentation and content into other languages (minimum English and German; Chinese a big plus) and distribute those to the right stakeholders
- Support the IT/IS Trainer in building a Digital Workplace Champions community by working together on the strategy, the timeline, the selection of members and community building activities
- Connect with internal stakeholders, assessing training demands to prepare and work on training content including the right delivery methods

Your Background:

Must haves:
- Active, academic background in the field of Education and or Information Technology
- The motivation to carry out organizational tasks and general administrative office work
- Very good experience in working regularly with Microsoft Office and apps in everyday work or student life, especially with Teams
- Understanding of didactical concepts such as ARIVA, blended learning, flipped classroom, etc.
- Fluent in German and English

Nice-to-haves:
- First experience in teaching / presenting content in front of an audience (students, university staff, employees of a company)
- Proof of Microsoft 365 (Office) end user skills with Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certificates
- High motivation to create long-lasting, engaging and fit-to-purpose role- and skill-based trainings
