Company HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH Full time / Part time: The position can be filled in full or part time. Summary We are looking for a “System Engineer for Laser Electronics (f/m/d)” for the “Laser Device Development” department at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.

The “Laser Device Development” department is responsible for the interdisciplinary development of our laser sensor technology. We develop optical systems from optical components, mechanisms and (housing) structures that fulfill their performance data even under the most adverse conditions such as strong vibration and at extreme temperatures. Together with other development areas, this results in laser rangefinders, target markers and other lasers for special measurement tasks. Your Tasks

• Creation, processing and acceptance of technical specifications (doors) and test specifications for laser electronics
• Definition of interfaces between submodules of laser systems and the higher-level system
• Development of EMC concepts at system and module level
• Creation and support of the circuit diagram and layout (EMC-compliant)
• Dimensioning of the components
• Assembly, commissioning and testing of printed circuit boards
• Support for suppliers
• Support and definition of EMC measurements

Your Profile

• Master of Science degree or comparable
• Knowledge and practical experience in the development of analog and digital circuits as well as the integration of laser systems
• Experience in the simulation of circuits, for example with LtSpice desirable
• Experience with the PCB design software Pulsonix
• Good written and spoken English skills
