Your Tasks

  • Processing and coordinating spare parts orders from Subsidiaries and Service Centers
  • Monitoring of parts availability within the global Pilatus network
  • Responding to spare parts related queries
  • Interfacing between internal departments such as logistics, procurement, accounting, export compliance, engineering etc.
  • Processing of spare parts offers

With this you convince us

  • Technical or commercial education
  • Customer Service experience, especially in aviation considered as a plus
  • Experienced with ERPs preferably SAP
  • English level B2
  • Ability to prioritize as required by urgency and taking ownership as well as naturally manage your stakeholders
  • Working independently but being a team player at the same time
