Company HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH Full time / Part time: The position can be filled in full or part time. Summary We are looking for a “Software Quality Engineer for Avionic Projects (f/m/d)” for the “Project Quality” department at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

The “Project Quality” department is responsible for the Electronic Warefare and Avionics programs, as well as the associated development, sales and logistics departments. We ensure that the processes in the project and on the product are applied effectively and that the relevant quality assurance tasks are carried out efficiently.

Contractual and legal requirements are taken into account. The aim is to achieve the project and product objectives within the specified performance, time and cost framework and to minimize risk. Your Tasks

• Working as a project and product quality manager (PQM) with a focus on software quality assurance in project teams for national / international projects
• Ensuring and monitoring a risk-minimized achievement of project goals
• Support in the planning and implementation of all quality assurance tasks over the entire product life cycle
• Creation of project-related QA documents, e.g. software QA plan, software process assurance plan, test sequence plan and reviews of project, verification and QA documents
• Supporting the customer and supplier side in project-related quality assurance topics and internal reporting
• Confirmation of product conformity with regard to legal regulations and contractual requirements

Willingness to travel nationally and internationally is required. Your Profile

• Completed studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable
• Experience in quality management or in a comparable activity
• Experience in software development and knowledge of software development models (ISO 12207, ISO 15288, AQAP 2210, RTCA/DO-278)
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, assertiveness and ability to reach consensus
• Ability to work independently in a complex, international project environment
• Fluent German and very good English skills
