• Experience (non-internship) in professional software development
• Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems

WW Promotions - Berlin is looking for a Software Development Engineer who has a strong sense of ownership and customer obsession. We are passionate about building well-designed, robust and scalable software to deliver inspiring user experiences that delight our customers. We are looking for enthusiastic developers who have experience building state of the art software systems. We offer the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and tools, on innovative and sophisticated features that customers love, as part of a team of passionate and experienced Amazon engineers in a high-quality, international and diverse environment. As a Software Development Engineer, your responsibilities range from reviewing product requirements and designing the software architecture that fulfils them, to translating the requirements to engineering tasks and implementing them. You will be responsible for delivering production-ready code that will be used by thousands of deal managers and millions of Amazon customers. Together with the product team, you will own end-to-end the seller experience of Amazon WW Promotions. As a software development engineer on the Amazon WW Promotions team, you will have a huge impact on the way deal managers work on a daily basis.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
