We are looking for a Sales Administration and Logistics Export Specialist with dynamism, expertise in logistics management and team spirit to grow with us.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage the entire sales administration process, from order to invoicing.
• Oversee transport operations and ensure optimization of costs and timelines.
• Follow up clients’ requests and ensure customer satisfaction through effective order and delivery management
• Ensure compliance with customs documentation and procedures.
• Manage stock levels and implement procurement strategies.
• Prepare sale forecasts to anticipate stock needs.
• Participate in our ongoing efforts to improve our environmental responsability.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT MANAGER

• Degree in logistics, Supply Chain management or Business administration
• Significant experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of customs regulations and transport practices
• Analytical skills and ability to work with inventory management tools
• Team spirit, meticulousness, and organization skills
• Adaptable and quickly operational(le)
• Comfortable with ERP (Business Central Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus)
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
• English and French - other languages are a plus
