We have a phenomenal opportunity for a Professional Services Sales Executive (PSSE) to join our Adobe Experience Cloud business based in Zurich.
As PSSE, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within your assigned accounts with focus on Prof. Services for consultancy, architecture, implementation and onboarding. You will be encouraged to meet specific booking quotas, generate new and innovative business streams, and identify and foster new opportunities to build a balanced pipeline. A key aspect of your role will be to expand Adobe's services relationship with existing customers. This involves developing a deep understanding of their business objectives and identifying the vital services, resources, and strategies to meet their needs.
You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Account Executives, Sales Support, Solution Architecture, Delivery, and Operations, to drive the entire deal process from initial opportunity identification to final contract closure. This includes developing proposals, negotiating contracts and deal closing.
What you’ll do:
Help craft Adobe Consulting towards a digital marketing consultancy with end-to-end capabilities to deliver sophisticated digital marketing use cases
Be responsible for the entire sales strategy and execution for your key customers, including territory & account planning, pipeline & opportunity management and forecasting.
With your customers, build a vision of their Digital Transformation and our role to support it, and grow into the role of a trusted advisor
Negotiate and contract consulting engagements with customers to implement Adobe Digital Marketing solutions and improve the business value from existing implementations, and drive the sales process until closure
Work intensely with the project delivery teams to ensure customer happiness through achievement of customer business goals, and turn each customer into a reference.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Strong sales competence with focus on the services business
Perform sales planning and pipeline management
Negotiate engagement pricing and contractual agreements
Learn to be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and experience of value-based selling and contracting to midsize and large enterprises
The highest work standards and structured methodologies
Ability to multi-task within tight timeframes, and rapidly amend plans and tactics in response to changes in priority or situation
Detailed planning and control skills
Demonstrating the use of internal resources and business partners to address customers' challenges
Fluent German and English language skills
Additionally, we would like to see
Deep understanding of Digital Marketing or a close relevant field (e.g. CRM, E-Commerce, etc.)
Some relevant experiences from e.g. Engagement Management, Project Management, Technical Consultancy
Primary degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a business field or Computer Science.
Motivated individual with a positive attitude who is willing to go above and beyond to meet our customers' needs.
