Mission

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and improving our Microsoft and Citrix based systems and infrastructure. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our IT services.

Main responsibilities

• Design, implementation, and management of Microsoft-related technologies, including but not limited to Active Directory, DNS.
• Design, implementation, and management of Citrix-related technologies,
• Provide production support for our Microsoft environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Manage and resolve complex incidents and problems, minimizing downtime and mitigating impacts on business operations.
• Implement and maintain system monitoring solutions to preemptively identify potential issues (SCOM).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements and integration of new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures, including regular system audits and updates.
• Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and lead problem management processes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and service records.

Education

Education: Bachelor Degree

Experience

• Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate Experience in private banking: Mandatory

• English: Fluent French: Mother Tongue
