To strengthen our team, Bcomp is looking for a Junior IT Specialist at 80%.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

IT Support & Assistance (60%):

• As the primary internal IT point of contact, you will play a vital role in providing both remote and on-site Level 1 and Level 2 support, ensuring the satisfaction and peace of mind of your colleagues. For Level 3 issues, you will collaborate with external IT providers to ensure timely resolution. You will be the first point of contact for new employees’ IT onboarding, handling computer configuration, printer setup, and network peripherals (Windows PCs, office applications, network, etc.).
• You will manage the organisation’s IT infrastructure and Microsoft 365 tenant with the support of our external IT provider.
• You will analyse and address support issues, maintaining clear documentation of cases and resolutions.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes, collaborating with users and management to meet IT needs.
• Engage in regular monitoring and IT security tasks.
• Create internal documentation and establish security processes.
  
  SAP (20%):
• As the organisation’s first dedicated ERP system support member (with SAP B1 experience as a plus), you will play a collaborative role in managing the ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and supporting critical business processes. Experience in integrating ERP with other business tools is essential.
• Familiarity with ERP process implementation, system configuration, and customisation is required.
• You will provide initial troubleshooting and support for ERP-related issues.
• Collaborate with the external ERP provider to escalate and address complex issues effectively.

Qualifications and Personal Qualities

• Completed computer science education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
• At least one year of experience as an IT specialist
• Mandatory Microsoft 365 certification / Enterprise Administrator Expert
• Expertise in SAP B1 or a similar ERP system
• An autonomous and collaborative personality with excellent communication skills
• A strong sense of responsibility, good stress management, and proactivity
• A passion and aptitude for solving technical problems
• Languages: English (official company language) and French Positive and energetic mindset – everything is possible!
