As a management consulting generalist at PwC, you will play a vital role in helping clients optimise their operations, improve performance, and achieve strategic objectives. Your work may include analysing business data, developing strategies, supporting management teams, collaborating across teams, optimising tools and technology, improving organisational performance, monitoring compliance, and/or managing change.

Your tasks

• You will support the delivery of Thought Leadership publications in the area of Banking and Wealth Management. You will work on end-to-end process from designing to publishing, e.g., data analysis, report outline and alignment on the marketing strategy.
• You will join the PwC "Wealth Management Center of Excellence" community, through which we build knowledge, share capabilities, and coordinate global initiatives on Wealth Management. You will enhance our data research on UHNWIs and support the data repository.
• You will support project managers primarily in the Wealth Management field with the option of working on other related areas in financial services consulting.
• You will deepen your expertise and grow through tailored trainings and access to learning and development.
• You will support PwC with the development of presentations and dashboards.
• You will work to identify market opportunities and receive insights into business development on Wealth Management clients.

Your profile

• You have a degree from a university or a university of applied sciences in economics, natural sciences or engineering, and ideally you have gained first experience in the consulting or Financial Services industry.
• You are interested in Wealth Management and Financial Services, and you would like to help redesign the future of Wealth Management.
• You are detail oriented; you have strong problem-solving skills and are proficient in preparing presentations and reports.
• You are equipped with good knowledge and application of the Microsoft Office package.
• You have an open, communicative, and team-oriented personality; you are willing to learn and are passionate about markets and digital assets.
• You like to collaborate with a network of highly talented and knowledgeable experts.
• You are fluent in English; additional knowledge of other Swiss languages would be advantageous.
