Our client is a major Financial Services organization.

Job Description

• Collaborate closely with HR and Technology Leadership Team members to define and execute the roadmap, ensuring high standards of quality, cost-efficiency, and timeliness while adhering to IT and security policies.
• Maintain the quality and stability of production services.
• Oversee Opex and Capex budgets.
• Supervise your team, including daily task assignments, talent development, training, and mentoring.
  

The Successful Applicant

• Around 5 years of professional experience in a similar role required
• Computer Engineering / IT (Bachelor's or Master's degree) background and technical abilities (hands-on)
• Project Management experience involving HRIS systems
• Experience in the Finance sector is preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
• Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate the team
• Fluent in both French and English
