As HR Manager for our teams at our Swiss HQ, Germany, Austria and Italy our, you are the direct point of contact for all HR activities and play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that are aligned with our business objectives, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

- Fostering a TOP culture and promoting a positive workplace culture and employee engagement across all sites, you will be working with the teams based in the International HQ in Switzerland and the Sales Offices in Germany, Austria and Italy. You operate in a multi-stakeholder environment and this role reports directly to the Group HR Director in Lembeke, Belgium.
- Focusing on attracting talent, you collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, manage recruitment processes, install effective talent pools and leverage recruitment channels like our global career site & Linkedin.
- Next to attracting, you also focus on retaining talent. You coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and professional development, assess training effectiveness and support employee development initiatives.
- You oversee employee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and equity across sites, including market research and salary benchmarking to support compensation strategies.
- As the local owner of HR activities, you implement global HR policies, processes and tools in a way that it re-enforces the country specific HR strategy. You develop and optimize these local policies, processes and tools in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Developing and maintaining HR metrics and reports in line with company standards and delivering recommendations to senior management to enhance the HR strategy is also part of this role.
Profil
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:
- A strong academic background with a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Economics or a related field, combined with at least 8 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferrably in a fast moving, international context.
- Considerable experience in working with both operational and strategic HR topics and regulations, specifically in Switzerland (any other country of the above is a plus).
- A good understanding of HR technology and systems, fluency in English and (Swiss) German and a willingness to travel to the different countries depending on their needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on mentality.
