product range, particularly in the field of aseptic and containment filling lines and Isolators.
As a leader in the design and production of powder transfer, handling and containment
equipment for pharmaceutical and Chemical industries, Dec Group offers global solutions

For our office in Switzerland, we are looking for a:
Group Project Manager (Filling, Pharma) (M/F) – 100 %
Mission
The Global Project Manager will be working in complex, rapidly changing environments
(multi-technologies and cross-cultural). Reporting directly to the Global Operations Manager,
your mission will be to apply project management methodologies to successfully execute
strategic projects for the Group, coordinating the sections of the project and providing global
vision and coherency between the different sections.
Your role
- Develop and manage implementation of technically complex and challenging
customer projects across the different location of the Group in line with local teams
- Plan and follow up the activities, motivate and inspire team to successfully complete
tasks
- Build strong relationships, achieve buy-in of key stakeholders and influence others
- Risk management: coordinate the issues to be solved and decisions to be taken
- Ensure key deliverables are met and that projects finish on time and budget
- Report at different levels (tactical/operational/board of directors) with timely and
effective communication on opportunities, wins, financial impacts, KPIs, and concerns
- Manage successful project closing
Your profile
- A technical bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering
- Experience in powder, liquid dosing technologies within the pharmaceutical industry

- Project management at IPMAC/Prince 2 level beneficial though not essential
- Proven track record of the successful management and delivery of complex projects
in a multicultural/multinational environment in a Process industry
- Strong leadership capacity, ability to drive and positively influence the motivation and
development of project teams, capacity to take responsibility, management of virtual
teams
- Authenticity, collaboration and open communication
- Excellent ability to facilitate project meetings, negotiate with business or technical
players, know how to get things done through formal channels and informal networks,
effectively communicate with all levels of the organization including stakeholders and
steering committee.
- Scope management: including project initiation, scope planning, definition and
change control procedures and approvals
- Cost management: resource planning, cost estimation, budgeting and control
activities
- Risk Management: risk planning, identification, mitigation, and remediation
- Quality management: responsibility for project deliverables including quality control.
- Oversight/ leadership of all client communications.
- Management of key project team meetings and follow-up on action items.
- Documentation: Manage product documentation process and ensure completeness.
- Creating and updating the master project plan.
- Tracking the plan against delivery date milestones.
- Ability to make decisions without total visibility, ability to adapt to frequent changes
and contingencies, management of time pressure priorities
- Ability to set clear values, priorities and standards, strong orientation to results, eager
for achievement
