Mission
Within the Treasury & Trading departement, we are lookign for a Financial Institution Group - KYC Due Diligence.
Main responsibilities
Collecting necessary documentation and coordinating the due diligence of all counterparts with respect
to the internal directives and procedures for FIG department,
Analyze the documents and prepare necessary reports for the validation of the due diligence by Compliance,
Risk and FIG Committee,
Respond to KYC inquiries from all counterparts and coordinate the collection of the information if it
should be sourced outside of FI department,
Preparation of the yearly Brokers’ survey (internal process to rate the quality of brokers) and preparation
of the report for Best execution /selection Committee,
Compilation of different lists (limits, brokers, custodians, cash clearers, etc.) and completing the information
in the central Salesforce database,
Coordinate the actions and maintain and provide accurate and updated information on Bank’s relationships
to internal departments on regular or ad-hoc basis,
Participate in establishing and maintaining relationships with the Bank’s external financial partners and
service providers (Banks, custodians, settlement agents and clearers, brokers, etc.)
Coordinate fees models’ updates for the Treasury & Trading and Banking Operations departments,
maintain fees and pricing databases, assure the follow-up of the allocated budget and financial institutions
invoices and costs,
Efficiently manage the escalation of the major incidents by ensuring the root cause identification and the
definition of correctives actions by the external providers,
Act as the single point of contact for negotiating and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and
(Key Performance Indicators) KPIs with the providers,
Execute regular performance measurement/monitoring against internal and external KPIs,
Participate in projects related to Treasury & Trading and FIG departments as well as in the review and
edition of Bank’s procedures and directives,
Execute other tasks from BAU of the department: creation/maintenance of segregated accounts, loro
accounts, booking of fees.
Personal skills
Well-developed customer relationship management skills, Excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving capacities Fluent English and fluent French while German is considered as a plus
Education
- Education: Master Degree
Certification: Higher educational background in finance or a similar academic background,
Experience
- Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
- Experience required: At least 3 years of work experience in the banking industry, with a solid knowledge of Trading and Banking operations Excellent understanding of due diligence and KYC processes and methodology, Very good understanding of the client’s business and products offered by the bank as well as its interactions and dependencies within the Treasury & Trading and Banking Operations area. Practical competences in SLAs management and service monitoring methods and tools
