Failure Manager - Automotive field

Activities:

• Steering the resolution of identified issues with project stakeholder;

• Check reported tickets for their integrity, correctness and completeness;

• Organize and steer weekly meeting to discuss and process reported failures with project stakeholders;

• Perform data analytics activities to identify areas of improvement;

• Create detailed failure reports to be presented to the high-level management team.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Security, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields;

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the automotive sector;

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of automotive protocols CAN, LIN, Ethernet, Flexray;

• Familiarity with cybersecurity topics will be considered a plus;

• Knowledge of E/E architectures, chassis components, software development processes will be considered a plus;

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;

• Excellent communication and documentation skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously;

• Mediation skills, organized workflow, result-driven personality.
