Your Tasks

• Responsible for the CRM product (focus on customer support/after sales) from the perspective of the Government Aviation Unit from the implementation of an MVP to subsequent further development and operation
• Determining the requirements and processes of our customer support teams, unit and external warehouses comparing them with the possibilities of standard software and third-party systems and representing them to IT and other business units
• Development of fit/gap analyses and concepts with subsequent conversion into prioritized and developable use cases and user stories for the backlog in collaboration with the product owner
• Developing and visualizing the product roadmap and its risks as well as ensuring communication of progress with various stakeholders up to management
• Collaborate and lead interactive workshops as well as testing and data migrations
• Work in a global, agile product team consisting of product owners, developers, engineers, designers, and internal and external stakeholders

With this you convince us

• Higher education in the fields of computer science, aviation or business, or many years of experience in related fields
• Experience with CRM standard software in the area of customer service and their customization (e.g. Salesforce, MS Dynamics, ZenDesk, ServiceNow or similar)
• 5+ years of experience in managing and developing digital products in agile roles, preferably in the aerospace industry
• Professional use of IT, web, design, and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, Miro, Figma, Office 365, Azure Cloud, SAP, or others
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, German would be an advantage
• Strong communicator and independent personality
