We are the largest employer of minibus and coach drivers in the Alpine area surrounding Geneva. With a team of over 100 drivers, we share a common goal to provide sustainable, flexible and connected lines of transport to the Alpine regions.

We are looking for motivated people to join our busy call centre team based in Satigny, Geneva. You will be responsible for answering the phone, making sales and helping with customer enquiries. You will need to have great computer skills and be able to respond to email enquiries with speed and efficiency. The call centre is a busy, face paced environment where you will be dealing with many situations at one time. You work closely with the operations team to help drivers and clients with any issues during their transfer.

Your working hours will be estimated 8 hour per day in which days can vary and including public holidays,
Saturday and Sundays.

What we offer?

Type of contract - Seasonal

Length of contract - June- September 2023

Working hours - 60% (3 days per week)

Salary - 2700 CHF BRUT approximately

What requirements/qualifications are needed for this position?

• EU passport

• A good level of English and ideally some knowledge of French

• Knowledge of the travel and transport industry is a bonus

• Experience in a busy call centre
