Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Business Analyst to join our Finance reporting Department. The ideal candidate will have a background both in data analytics and in finance with high potential to develop. This role is key for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and consolidation, maintaining the integrity of our financial data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a permanent position based in Pully, Switzerland.

What you will do

  • Collect and analyse financial reporting data.
  • Support the preparation of Group financial reporting (actual, forecast, and budget).
  • Maintain data during the yearly Group reporting cycle.
  • Conduct regular data checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with the Group Financial Reporting Manual.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports in relation to cash flow, currency exposure, or taxes.
  • Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives with using modern tools and systems.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.


We believe you have

  • University degree in finance or business with a focus on data analytics (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Up to 3 years of experience in financial reporting and controlling.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with advanced data tools and AI tools is an asset
  • Highly motivated and ready to take on new challenges.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Open-minded and ready to challenge status quo and bringing new ideas.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates commitment and trustworthiness.
  • Working language is English
