Today, Lonza is a global leader in life sciences operating across five continents. While we work in science, there’s no magic formula to how we do it. Our greatest scientific solution is talented people working together, devising ideas that help businesses to help people. In exchange, we let our people own their careers. Their ideas, big and small, genuinely improve the world. And that’s the kind of work we want to be part of.

Ensure all automation designs follow global and site standards.
Manage compliance tasks such as deviation investigations and ensure timely closure of all compliance objects.
Provide technical mentorship and leadership for Tier 2, 3, and 4 projects, driving successful implementation and performance.
Deliver on direct line management responsibilities, including mentoring, performance feedback, and development planning.
Collaborate with Operations, MSAT, and Quality collaborators to align automation objectives with business strategy.
Act as a subject matter expert in DeltaV and Syncade systems, GMP lifecycle management, and biological manufacturing operations.
