Using tools like Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake, we turn data into actionable insights, fostering data-driven decision-making across the business and data literacy. What You Will Do

• Work closely with global stakeholders across different business areas to leverage global and consolidated data analytics aligned that will drive operational and business efficiency.
• Extract, clean, and manage large datasets using SQL and Snowflake, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making through compelling data storytelling.
• Promote data-driven approaches to enhance decision-making processes and foster data literacy across teams.
• Apply design thinking principles to develop customer-centric solutions that address key business challenges.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative digital solutions that drive operational efficiency.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis and coding, with a passion for actionable insights, using Power BI and SQL.
• User-centric with strong communication skills, delivering innovative solutions that add business value.
• Open-minded, values diverse perspectives and aims for solutions that provide broad impact.
• Collaborative team player, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Eager to learn and adapt, embracing the latest digital tools and techniques.
• Fluent in English

What Will Put You Ahead

• Knowledge of operations and finance will be highly valued.
• Experience with systems like ERP, CRM, and PLM.
• Knowledge of Python will be valuable as well as familiarity with Power Platforms.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and knowledge of design thinking methodologies to develop innovative, customer-focused solutions.
