We are looking for a CRO Specialist to join our GUT Studio! This role will work on client projects leading the team and developing marketing strategies.

You will get the chance to:

• Analyze user behavior on our digital channels using web analytics tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and propose effective strategies.
• Design, implement and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and development teams to implement user experience improvements.
• Monitor and report performance of optimization initiatives.
• Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in CRO.

What will help you succeed:

• Experimental and project operation capacity
• B2 - C1 in English
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Advanced knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
• Demonstrable experience in A/B testing and conversion optimization.
• Analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge in UX/UI is a plus.
