Your contribution to KPMG

Prepare and review Swiss tax returns with international exposure, tax equalization calculations and tax projections for individuals

Prepare and review correspondence with tax authorities in relation to tax notices and/or audits for individuals/expatriates

Advise clients on a wide range of Swiss tax issues including tax residence matters, cross-border tax implications, social security matters, taxable benefits and tax reconciliation processes

Consult on international tax and social security matters, prepare Swiss tax returns, give payroll advice and support the management of some of our biggest accounts

Support in discussions/negotiations with the tax authorities regarding tax rulings, tax appeals and complex tax situations

Communicate with individual taxpayers and other KPMG offices, as well as HR and Payroll contacts at our corporate clients

Take part in the preparation of engagement letters, offers to clients, invoicing clients

This is what makes you successful

Master's or Bachelor's degree in any field. We welcome and value diverse academic backgrounds

A strong interest in tax matters and ideally a first experience in individual Swiss tax, with a Big 4 or consulting background in Switzerland

Seeking individuals who are innovative, quick learners, thrive on challenges, and are eager to work for a leader in global mobility

Dedication and motivation to achieve high standards of client service, excellent organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines

Leadership and willingness to train younger team members and excellent collaboration and communication skills

Be able to demonstrate strong team spirit and able to work in a multicultural environment

Fluent in French and in English. A good level in another language would be an asset
