Your mission
As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a team that drives the integration of innovative technologies for the federal government, cantons, public sector companies and the Swiss healthcare system.
With your solution-oriented approach and comprehensive IT expertise, you will unlock the full potential of our customers and foster innovation through customized platforms, data/cloud migrations, microservices, blockchain, and AI. Your daily work

Accompany the digital transformation of our customers.
You accompany the strategic projects of our customers from the public sector, from conception to technical implementation. -
Ensure the gathering of requirements and their implementation.
You will manage and coordinate the requirements elicitation (business analysis / requirements engineering / business process modeling) and ensure implementation in interdisciplinary teams. -
Form the link between different stakeholders.
You moderate workshops for modeling and defining customer-specific solutions and act as an expert for system integrations. -
Take on different roles depending on your level of experience.
With the appropriate experience, you will act as Product Owner, Scrum Master or Lead Business Analyst and coach agile delivery teams, often in collaboration with nearshore/offshore colleagues. -
Drive our business development.
You keep an eye on the big picture and continuously develop our customer portfolio.
Who you are
- You have a degree or comparable education, ideally in the field of business administration, (business) informatics, engineering or natural sciences.
- You have at least two years of experience in technology consulting, software development and/or system integration in one of the following areas of the public sector: civil federal administration, cantons/cities, defense, health or public sector companies.
- You have practical experience in functional and technical business analysis respectively in requirements engineering (e.g. IREB) as well as knowledge of agile methods (e.g. Scrum/SAFe).
- High customer orientation and outstanding skills in dealing with complex problems characterize you.
- Speaking German and English is second nature to you, and knowing French is a nice bonus.
