About Our Client
Our client is a Swiss leading global retailer of luxury watches and fine jewelry, known for its exceptional craftsmanship and premium collections.

Job Description

  • Ensure adherence to the Group's accounting and reporting rules
  • Support the reporting entities where needed
  • Perform Consolidation entries
  • Prepare and submit Management Reporting Package
  • Maintain the Group's Transfer Pricing guidelines, rules and processes
  • Prepare yearly documentation at Group and Country level
  • Liaise with the external audit teams at Group level and in countries
  • Provide reporting package for review by the auditors



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or similar degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field. CPA degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Consolidation and Group reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 F&O).
  • Demonstrated experience in user support, training, and onboarding in a global environment.
  • Proven ability to drive accounting processes and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English, and good German skills (strong B2 or C1 level), French would be a great plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and geographically dispersed team.
