We are now looking for a Talent Manager & HR Business Partner BU Spain to join our passionate Spain HR team. Based in our headquarters office in Barcelona, the selected candidate will play a key role in the engagement, talent management and development of the people under the Spain Business Unit.

Role & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the HR Director Spain and with a Trainee as a part of your team, you will have a double role and your main responsibilities will be:

Talent Manager

  • Talent Acquisition: Define the needs with the business hiring manager and manage the 360º of the recruitment process
  • On Boarding and follow up of all new additions.
  • Development and implementation of the training strategy.
  • Support In internal communication; Workplace, announcement, etc
  • Development and implementation of Linkedin content strategy in order to increase our visibility as a top company.
  • Support in events and engagement activities.
  • DEI activities cross Spain

HRBP BU

  • Be an innovative, driving an enthusiastic Business Partner for the Business Unit.
  • Act a single point of contact for the BU employees and managers.
  • Development: Be accountable for the internal promotions or job rotation in and out the departments
  • Processes: Drive and execute our GBfoods people processes: P&P, salary review, MBO.
  • Engagement: Define and execute the engagement plan together with business managers
  • Communication: be accountable for the internal communication of the team (new hirings, movement, main HR updates..)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics , Phycology, Law, Human Resources. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least +5 years of experience in HR positions in a multinational company (FMCG preferred). A combination of national and international exposure is a plus.
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Self-starter who demonstrates leadership skills and takes initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A true team player: ability to work effectively as part of a team
