The Aixial Group is an International Contract Research Organization (CRO), a member of the ALTEN Group, providing complex services in clinical trials (phase I-IV) and non-interventional studies. Our offices are located in France, UK, US, Belgium, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Denmark, Romania, and India.

The CRO occupies a unique position in the clinical research industry, as an expert in the operational delivery of clinical trials in complex disease areas including oncology, immuno-oncology, and cell therapy.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and talented Senior Clinical Research Associate. This is a freelance role for up to 0.3 FTE. This position is remote and can be based anywhere in Italy and must travel to monitor onsite within Italy.

Key Responsibilities

• Site management and monitoring activities for assigned clinical studies, working individually or co-monitoring with other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).
• Assist in the assessment of contract CRAs.
• Provide other support to Clinical Operations, appropriate for your level of expertise.
  
  

Qualifications And Attributes

• Experience in a CRA role.
• Contract Research Organization (CRO) background is an advantage.
• Strong problem solving, organizational and time management skills. Ability to multi-task and attend to detail.
• Therapeutic area experience in oncology is required.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Bachelor’s degree.
