Job description

We are currently seeking a skilled Solution Architect with expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly SAP Hybris) to join our team in Basel. This position will play a key role as a liaison between integrator and client, providing robust architectural guidance in a Management of Architect (MOA) capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a business-oriented mindset, and an in-depth understanding of eCommerce.

Responsibilities:
Architect, design, and implement solutions using SAP Commerce Cloud V2, ensuring alignment with business goals and seamless integration with client systems.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these into technical requirements and scalable solutions.
Oversee and manage the interaction between our systems integrator and the client, ensuring optimal solution architecture.
Provide expert guidance on the use of CMS tools, specifically SAP Hybris Smart Edit and Adobe, to enhance customer engagement and eCommerce functionality.
Drive and implement best practices for SAP Commerce Cloud and eCommerce, ensuring the highest standards of reliability and performance.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, integration points, and workflows.
Act as a subject matter expert and provide hands-on support and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and security of SAP Commerce Cloud applications.

Your Profile:
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
You have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role, with a strong background in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
You possess in-depth knowledge of eCommerce frameworks and principles, with hands-on experience in CMS tools, ideally Smart Edit and Adobe.
You have strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge technical solutions with business needs effectively.
You are an effective communicator, capable of building collaborative relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You demonstrate excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Ideally, you have relevant certifications or advanced training in SAP Commerce Cloud or related technologies, which will be a strong advantage.
