Job Description:

An opportunity for a General & Site Services Manager has arisen within Airbus Operations, Cádiz.

The selected candidate will join the FMRE Spain team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The jobholder supports the organization of Facility Management & Real Estate Spain (HMSSx) in Cádiz in order to achieve operational and strategic company objectives and functional objectives in full compliance with relevant regulations. They will provide general & site services cross divisional and multiple sites to ensure and improve work area and to meet customer needs.
  • They will work in colabotation with internal and external stakeholders.
  • They will ensure customer satisfaction and fulfilment of customers' needs by managing resources in the most efficient way.
  • Maage abd improve services and suppliers to ensure delivery on time, on quality, on cost.
  • Manage General Services and projects such as/linked to cleaning, catering, transportation, waste management, office, auxiliary, in cooperation with internal and external partners.
  • Manage services, performance monitoring, improvement and lead projects and ensure application of EHG concepts in all services lines.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable regulations and laws.
  • Support and manage services and projects of all Services Lines within FMRE and in particular of Better workplace.
  • Support and manage services and projects of all Airbus Sites as required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and needs are met by using available resources in the most efficient and effective way. Manage and improve services and suppliers. Monitoring of suppliers to ensure delivery on time, quality and cost.
  • Implementation and management of dedicated activities to identify and mitigate risk.
  • Support innovation.
  • Support informatic systems update, maintenance and deployment. Ensure efficient resources management and project management.
  • Collaborates to achieve the expected cost saving targets Coordinate all daily tasks related with “Airbus-CAE” and maintenance suppliers
  • Ensure HIGH5+ objectives ( sustainability, water reduction, Co2, waste...)

Skills Required:

  • Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
  • 1-2 years of experience in similar roles. Experience in an internship at Airbus would be a plus.
  • Fluent level of english and spanish.
