You will be joining our Quality Management team to further enhance our company-wide Quality Vision & Strategy. With your deep knowledge of Quality Management Systems in an agile organizational environment, you will contribute to further enhancing our Process Landscape and bring it to certification readiness. Together as One Team, you will play a pivotal role in achieving customer satisfaction with the solutions we provide. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our product and processes.

Your Contributions

• • Establish a best practice quality vision and strategy and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Lead the quality team and work closely with R&D incl. Software Development, Supply Chain, Industrialization and Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Customer Success to embed best quality practices
  • Lead the development and implementation of the company’s Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with international standards (primarily ISO 9001, later ATEX and IECEx)
  • Collaborate with Customer Success team to gather feedback on product performance and implement improvements based on this input (Product Care)
  • Identify areas of improvement of processes for Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Planning (QP) throughout the product lifecycle, from design and development to manufacturing and post-shipping monitoring
  • Work closely with engineering, procurement, and industrialization teams to ensure that e.g. explosion-proof requirements are integrated into product design, sourcing, production, and validation processes
  • Ensure that suppliers and manufacturing partners adhere to the company’s quality standards, which involves auditing their processes and materials on their sites
  • Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the company’s primary point of contact for external audits and regulatory inspections (Unit Verification under ATEX and IECEx, customer inspections etc.).
  • Lead all initiatives regarding HSE and ensure all regulations are fulfilled

Your Profile

• • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on quality management or manufacturing, or a related technical field
  • Proven track record in implementation and subsequent operation of ISO 9001, or other relevant quality management frameworks
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in quality management and experience in setting up and maintaining management systems is a must
  • Strong communication skills and excellent stakeholder management
  • Interested in working cross-functional and building something from sketch
  • Audit experience
  • Language: German & English, both fluent (min. Level C1)

Bonus Points

• • Strong knowledge of explosion-proof (ATEX, IECEx) technologies and/or safety-critical products
  • Experience in quality management aspects in Software development
  • Leadership experience and/or experience in fast-growing companies
