Job Description
Blue Code is hiring in Alicante a Senior Backend Developer PHP / Laravel to join one of our clients top project, a scale-up company based in the heart of Eindhoven, with a 3D E-Commerce SaaS platform. They are currently aiming to become market leader in advanced 3D Visualization and personalization worldwide, allowing customers to present products in 3D on their webshop with Augmented Reality, real-time Visualization, pricing and business rules. This is a very innovative technology that is changing the game's rules and the way customers are currently buying online.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement software solutions.

Write clean, efficient and maintainable code following industry best practices.

Troubleshoot, debug and optimize existing systems.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain documentation.
Requirements
-
Independent in creating solution, architecture and implementations
-
+5 years of PHP experience
-
+3 years of MVC Framework experience
-
+3 years of experience with SQL (MySql, PostgreSQL or similar)
-
Familiar with design patterns and SOLID principles
-
Experience with Web API development, HTTP, consuming external APIs, templating frameworks like blade/twig, HTML/JS/CSS and Linux
-
Experience working in a team & Scrum
-
Nice to have: DevOps (Kubernetes, CI, CD) and experience with performance and optimization problems
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related

Proven experience as a Senior Level Developer with a strong portfolio of previous work

Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English, word and writing (at least at a B2 level)
