As Receptionist at Residence Inn you are responsible for helping guests and creating positive experiences for them during their stay. You work at the front desk and are in charge of all the reservations, which includes checking guests in and out. In addition, you promote and support the Residence Inn brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program to guests, and manage the hotel room inventories, bills and payments according to the regulations.
Supporting your colleagues behind the bar and in the Back of House is also one of your tasks. For example, you help prepare the buffet and various meals and beverages for the guests and serve them in a hospitable way. You also clean, tidy, restock, and organize the front office, the hotel restaurant and the Back of House areas.
To work safely, you always follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies, as well as the instructions and checks that you must follow and perform for certain activities. Likewise, you always provide customer service and hospitality. By doing this, you ensure that the hotel is well maintained and a welcoming place for guests.
During your shift, you usually work alone at the front desk. If you have any questions or problems, you can contact the Front Office Supervisor.
For this position it is mandatory to have an eligible visa to work full-time in Germany: we do not sponsor visas for this role.
