As a Microsoft Licensing Specialist, you will provide support to customers in the design and implementation of complex licensing solutions, both in the pre-sales and post-sales phases.

Attract and manage customers for Microsoft licensing solutions
Create and implement attractive offers to optimize licensing costs and provide technical support solutions
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging networks with manufacturers and partners

Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent practical knowledge
Several years of experience in license consulting and Microsoft volume licensing with large customers, including relevant certifications
Experience in customer acquisition, customer success management and/or consulting
High acceptance on C-level and in professional committees

Experience in the public sector
Proactive, assertive and driven by a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Experience as a licensing consultant and advisor, particularly in the Microsoft Cloud environment
Very good German and English; French is advantageous
