Blue Code is hiring a Lead PHP/Laravel Developer for an innovative international learning solution project. With over 40 years of experience in training and personal development, we are embarking on a new journey to build a cutting-edge global learning and development platform. This platform will enable employees of large companies to continuously develop themselves in a customized and transparent manner, partly powered by Artificial Intelligence.

The product is a SaaS solution that helps employees take the next step through smart algorithms, high-quality assessments and personalized learning advice. We make lifelong learning a reality; we call it growth without limits.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of new applications
  
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing applications/software.
  
• Guide and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  
• Contribute to the SCRUM process by participating in refinement, planning and retrospective sessions
  
• Ensure the quality of your team's code through rigorous testing and maintenance, including writing unit tests
  
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Designers to deliver a high-quality web application

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience with PHP, JavaScript and SQL
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Laravel
  
• Proven experience in a lead or senior developer role with the ability to manage and mentor a team
  
• Experience in developing API integrations
  
• Excellent communication skills in English, B2 Level
  
• Reside in Alicante or nearby, a hybrid work model is required
  
• Knowledge/experience with ISO and Security standards
  
• Knowledge/experience with ElasticSearch is a plus
  
• Knowledge/experience with OpenID or SAML is a plus
