Your Role

• Execution and implementation of the Indola marketing brand strategy for indirect market in Iberia
• Consultative selling and development of Sell-In & Sell-Through Product/Promotion/Trade marketing & Service actions
• Ensure and self-guard the brand positioning according to the defined Indola standards
• Support the Distributor Team
• Proactively attend and anticipate all related customer needs in order to build and maintain strong relationship with the client community
• Steer KPIs of brand for Iberian market (turnover, margin, distribution, stock forecast and budget)
• Development of a strong internal community o guarantee a successful development of the brand
  
  

YOUR SKILLS

• Beauty Industry oriented
• Business Administration or similar educational background
• Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese
• Minimum 2 years of experience (ideally in local B2B marketing/trade marketing)
• Analytical and creative skills to develop marketing plans
• Experience in coordinating and implementing international projects with a local project team
• Problem solving and business development orientated
• 360º view for project management in daily business
• Capable of dealing with several projects/tasks at the same time
• Strong communicatoion skills
• Team player; capable of having a leading role
• High stress tolerance; motivated to cope with creative, analytical and administrative tasks
