We are recruiting a professional to join our Corporate Tax Team in Bologna, who will be involved in:

• Analysis of issues related to domestic direct and indirect taxation and ongoing consultancy for corporations;
• Advisory on international tax matters (CFC, Black List, Permanent Establishment, Withholding tax, etc.);
• Analysis of the tax treatment of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.);
• Tax due diligence; Tax compliance.
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Master's degree in Law or Economics with a minimum grade of 100/110;
• Professional practice already started or qualification as a Chartered Accountant or Lawyer;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language;
• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills;
• Good organizational skills, initiative, and problem-solving ability;
• Flexibility and dynamism.

Desired Characteristics

Master's degree in Tax Law.
